Passionate about showcasing the terroir of the Snake River Valley, Fujishin focuses on some of the lesser-known varietals that thrive here. They are pioneers in viticulture in this up and coming region and are a must visit in this rising star wine region.

Wines: Tempranillo, Verdejo, Syrah, Viognier, Grenache, Bordeaux Varietals 

A local family has been farming this land since 1929 and includes a volcanic vent, wind-blown sand and volcanic scoria rock soil. The vineyard also ranks as one of the warmest sites in the PNW and is perfect for Petit Verdot.

Focused on showcasing varietals that thrive in the Snake River Valley made into sparkling wines in the style of Champagne. Idaho's first winery focused on Sparkling production; this would be at the top of my list for a visit.
